A licensed Realtor since 2001, I began my career at Irvine Crabtree Real Estate in Fairhope, AL.  From the beginning, I focused on expanding into different market sectors to develop a broad knowledge of the industry to grow my experience. In 2004 I opened and operated my own demolition and excavation company successfully serving both commercial and residential clients. Through this, I learned about the construction side of the business and expanded my client-base. I managed several commercial properties for various clients. I assisted with rent collection, and property management/maintenance issues.  I also worked for architectural and engineering firms during my years as a licensed Realtor, affording me the opportunity to learn about government engineering jobs and the bid process. As well as assisting with the interview process of the company in order to obtain the work from both small and large entities. 

As a long-term resident of and successful professional in the gulf coast Alabama market, I bring my clients a well-developed understanding of the local market to assist them making informed, practical decisions. I earned my BA Degree in Human Services with emphasis in psychology, sociology and communications from the University of South Alabama.  My negotiating skills are very keen and experienced. I have earned a very loyal client-base whose recommendations and referrals I value highly.
